The Board of Trustees of the Clarksdale Municipal School District will accept sealed bid proposals for:

“Locksmith Services for facilities within the Clarksdale Municipal School District.”

Bid proposals must be submitted to the Business Office of the Clarksdale Municipal School District, 526 S. Choctaw Street, Clarksdale, Mississippi 38614, on or before 10:00 a.m. (CST), September 12, 2025. Bids may be mailed to:

All bids must have “Locksmith Services for Clarksdale Municipal School District” written on the exterior of the sealed envelope.

This bid/proposal consists of a Proposal, Conditions/Specifications, and Bid/Proposal Summary Sheets. A company officer’s signature is required on each form, or the bid may be rejected.

Part I: Conditions/Specifications

The Clarksdale Municipal School District, Clarksdale, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids/proposals until the above-stated deadline. The District reserves the right:

1. To appoint or authorize a person or persons to evaluate bids/proposals and make decisions on matters pertaining to bids.

2. To reject any and/or all bids/proposals in whole or in part and waive any informalities.
